Susan Janzen was my mom's Agent, due to my mom being a senior I took care of any interactions with regards viewing, questions, negotiation and any other issues with the sale of the house. Susan with a professional from day one, her property knowledge, neighbourhood, communications skills were beyond outstanding. Susan always returned my texts, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner if not right away. I would highly recommend Susan and have done so on my Facebook account. The thing that stood out for me the most was Susan's kindness that she showed towards my mom and the new chapter in her new life my mom has lived in this house for 41 years and raised her three children, for that I will aways be grateful to Susan.
