Super friendly, very knowledgeable. Sunny is pure business -- he knows what he's doing and doesn't like to waste time. We found him because of his marketing, and we chose him because we felt he had the best knowledge of the area. We were selling in a tough market, and Sunny said he would sell in 1 week. Just over the first weekend, we received two offers. Sunny sold in 4 days! He took care of staging and contractors -- really good guy.
