Where do I start, Suhail went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the perfect home. We were in Toronto, looking to move to Ottawa. We would find homes, send him the listings, and he would then go to each and every listing we wanted to see and video chatted with us throughout the viewing. Once we decided we were going to move sooner rather than later, we booked a car, drove up to Ottawa Saturday morning, looked at about 15 homes with Suhail in than of 24 hours and bought one a few days later! None of the above would have happened if we didn't fully trust him the way we did. With his family building business, he knows exactly what to look for when it comes to the contraction of a home. That information was vital to us. He wasn't afraid of telling us the truth when we saw houses. He would take into consideration the fact that we did not want to go into a bidding war. With that, we bought our current Ottawa home with no bidding war, under asking, in our first choice neighbourhood and all done before the winter set in! We definitely could not have done any of this if it weren't for the care, attention to detail, trust worthy attitude Suhail has! We refer him to all our friends looking to move to Ottawa.
