Sivage is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are busy professionals with limited time, so when we first ventured into house hunting, we had many things on our list: a good neighbourhood in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), good schools, good quality construction, etc. We worked with many realtors before who simply didn’t care about our needs or understand exactly what we were looking for. When we met Sivage, he got us right away, and we knew we were in good hands. Sivage is way different. He provided us with white-glove service and went way beyond the call of duty. When my wife and I found a home we both loved, he said it was his job to get us that house, and he negotiated tirelessly with the seller’s agent to get the price well below asking. We didn’t even expect that in today’s market. Once we got the house, we wanted to renovate the home and finish the basement. He connected us with a very good contractor who got the job done for a reasonable price. Not only that, Sivage knows all the ins and outs of renovations and made sure the contractors didn’t cut corners in their work. He visited the home until the renovation was done. As busy professionals, Sivage reduced our time commitment significantly and allowed us to undertake something we couldn’t dream of doing. Not only that, he is a CPA—the man knows all the numbers and mortgage rules inside out. He took all the stress out. From day one, he said, “Don’t worry, your mortgage will get approved,” based on his experience, when everyone else advising us wasn’t confident. Guess what? It got approved with flying colours. He is the complete package. Realtors like Sivage are hard to find these days—they are a dying breed. It’s been a couple of months since we purchased our home, but Sivage is still in touch with us to make sure everything is good and to prepare us for spring maintenance, like cleaning the gutters. If you’re looking for someone who cares about your home as much as you do (I would even say he cares even more!!), Sivage is the right person for you.
