Siu Ta

Having never met or interacted with Siu Ta before, you may worry somewhat about the integrity and honesty of the agent. Did you make the right decision considering this was an estate sale? Siu quickly put my mind at ease. From our initial meeting, Siu listened to all my requirements and questions in selling the house. I appreciated her knowledge of the area, the market, her recommendations and opinions. Siu kept me in the loop throughout all the stages of selling the house. Her responsiveness was excellent. Although we waited over the summer to put the house on the market, Siu had everything planned and executed on time (cleaning, photos, video, open houses etc...). The house sold in a week! I would not hesitate to recommend Siu Ta to anyone. She was a pleasure to work with.
