Siu Ta

Siu came very highly recommended by friends of ours, and after working with her, we know why! She was patient, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Never pushy or pressuring. Even in the times where we felt hopeless in the Toronto housing market, she was there, patient and supportive as ever. She rushed back from personal plans out of town, to show us a house that she thought might be the one...and she was right! We were contemplating waiting to see the property, but Siu made it work so that we could see it that day, make an offer, and finally secure the house we had been looking for. Without her instincts, we likely would have missed out as things in the city move so quickly. We are incredibly happy with the house, street, and neighbourhood we ended up in, and have Siu to thank for that. We highly recommend working with Siu and will recommend her to anyone who is looking in the future.
