Shelley Nicholl is a gentle calm soul. I found her engaging, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to me. I bought a lovely condominium but knew nothing about the Strata Act nor how it operates. Shelley spent time explaining all that I needed to know. I am so very grateful for our memorable meeting. :)
