Looking to downsize, Sheldon helped us find a smaller property and sell our house. Very knowledgeable about neighbourhood in the SW. During visits he could point out the positive and the negative of areas and specific homes. Very relaxed during interactions and not pushing us in one direction. When it was time to sell our big home he offered constructive criticism and helped us stage the place. We had lots of visitors.
