Shawn has went over and above our expectations. He takes notice of our needs and works with us to the best of his knowledge. It seems that he knows the the area well and provides insights we never thought of. What I was most impressed of was his honesty, he showed the good and the bad of the home and the area. For my next house I will go back to him again for sure.
