Shannon was breath of fresh air to deal with! Over the years, I've worked with a few different real estate agents but have never felt inclined to use the same one more than once. None had ever given me the impression that I was anything beyond the commission du jour. Shannon was different from the start. She even looked at our condo before we renovated it to give us some ideas of where best to invest and where we could save a bit of money. After the renovations, the place was empty so I asked her about staging it. Shannon suggested that, while a well staged home is easier to sell, it would cost a lot of money to rent the furniture and art and have it set up. Instead, Shannon arranged to have the condo 'virtually staged' so potential buyers looking at the listing could see what it could look like. I have seen this before but Shannon was the first I've seen arrange the virtually staged images sequentially with exactly the same picture of the empty space. It made it really easy for me, and for potential buyers, to imagine an empty space as a home. I highly recommend Shannan and will absolutely call her for any future real estate needs!
