Shad Mulla

We had the pleasure of using Shad’s services. Shad was recommended by a friend when I was ranting about my previous realtor who was extremely pushy and not trustworthy. From the beginning, Shad gave us the control to make decisions while providing us with all the data that was necessary to make the right decision. We were upgrading when the market was headed for a slowdown. Shad showed us all the properties that we desired to see, and was happy to show us properties twice if needed. When it was the time to make an offer, Shad calculated the price point that was right, communicated with the seller's agent to explain our rationale for the offer, and got it accepted after a few negotiation rounds. Once our offer was accepted, Shad followed up with us and ensured that we got our three showings that were put in the offer including the one a day before closing. During the whole process (our third property buying experience), for the first time we felt that our realtor was on our side and looking for our best interests. The selling experience was similarly pleasant. Shad recommended a paint job and gave suggestions on how to make our place look more presentable. He made multiple visits to give us feedback. Shad arranged and paid for the staging and pictures of the house. He was very open about what we should expect and his strategy on how he wanted to get us top dollar for our place. Shad knows what he is doing, is open and honest, strategic with his approach, knowledgeable and patient when answering our questions, and very kind when our two little ones got us late for multiple appointments.
