Working with Dawn on this home purchase was great. Her and her team were thorough and made us feel confident she knew the area really well. This really helped with - in particular - ensuring the list price of homes we were viewing was accurate. This was a life transition purchase for us, as we move into retirement. Dawn made us feel at ease throughout with this important decision.
