I can't say enough good things about Seth and his team. I've bought and sold a few homes, and I have never had an agent work as hard for me as Seth and his team have. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Seth and the team recommended a couple of low-cost items to repair/touch-up to optimize the listing and ensure an expeditious sale. He even helped me source contacts to do the work. He hooked me up with a great low-cost staging company as well. When our buyers found an issue, Seth helped navigate that, and we came to a solution that worked for us and our buyers. I will never use another realtor after dealing with Seth Allred and team. Any realtor can list a house and handle negotiations. It's the complex critical-thinking aspects that really set Seth apart. We even received an offer from one of Seth's office's other clients. (we didn't ultimately go with that one, but it speaks volumes). Seth sold our house quickly, intelligently, and with every value-add a realtor could add, AND THEN SOME.
