Sam was highly recommended from friends of ours who were very happy with their time with him on their home purchase. My wife and I couldn't be happier that we took that advice to go with Sam and his wonderful team. Sam has a great knowledge of the Comox Valley area and was able to advise us what areas might be best for us and what types of home to look for or to possibly avoid. He seemed to think about the purchase from our point of view and always had our best interest in the forefront through the entire process. He was always available for any questions we had, and was checking up on us and advising for every step of the process. Sam and his team were on top on everything all the way to the finish line, always making sure that everybody involved was doing what needed to be done and advising on the next steps. I would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone. Fantastic at what he does and a great guy to just chat with as well. We will 100% work with Sam again in the future should we need real estate help again.
