Sam was a fabulous agent who worked with us on the purchase of our new home. He was patient, very reliable, always available and very thorough. We appreciated all the time he invested with us on our purchase. During the sale process of our own home he was very committed to ensuring we get the best deal. He was always available through this process which allowed for a quick sale in a difficult market at the holiday time. After buying and selling the properties he has been very helpful and available to ensure a seamless closing. Thanks Sam!
