Sam was very helpful to me. I asked questions, he gave thoughtful answers and eased my worries. He told me exactly how he would sell my home, how quickly he expected it to happen, and at what price he felt was the best . Guess what!? He was right! He followed through on all his assurances and sold my house in good time. I am SO very happy to have had Sam Ireland as my realtor. He will get my referral every time! Thank you Sam, you get
