Sam was excellent to work with and we felt very supported while purchasing our house. My husband and I were moving to Vancouver Island from the mainland so we were trying to find a house from afar. On top of this, we were expecting our first child so it was challenging for us to come to the island for viewings. Sam was very understanding of our situation and helped out anyway she could, by doing virtual showings for us and by being very flexible in arranging last minute showings when we were able to make it over to the island.
