Sam and his Team was courteous and knowledgable right from the start. He brought a breadth of know-how and confidence that was very comforting. We were very worried our condo would not sell in the current market, but Sam went above and beyond to market our property! DM postcards, social media posts, personal phone calls and his network of contacts. What was even more impressive was that he stayed in-touch with us thru the entire time. He provided market snapshots, updates and stats on his marketing and even a spreadsheet of unit showings, and potential buyer feedback. If youre looking for a Realtor who puts action behind his words, Sam and his Team is who you should use.
