Sam Farahani

We have known Sam Farahani for several years now and he impressed us with his positive attitude and excellent outlook. He was always trying to find a solution, research all of the options and, even when there wasn’t a good solution, he was always willing to stop, say that something didn’t work and try to find another solution without blaming anyone or getting upset. When it came time to sell our Townhouse, he researched the market, helped us plan for exactly the right moment to sell, how to stage our home and when to stop trying to make it perfect. He also chose to go above and beyond to ensure that our townhouse was the top listing in the lower mainland. So when we sold for 20% more than any Unit in our complex had ever sold for, we were so elated and thankful. And when it came to buying a new Home Sam showed us everything. Rather than use default search parameters, he opened the search up and then manually went through the properties to find ones that might be the best fit for us. He reviewed the properties with us, helped us weed out the properties would not have been a good fit for us, visited the properties and gave us excellent advice about the long-term value of the properties (and listened to us when we identified properties that were not going to work). And when we found the property that we truly wanted he gave us good advice on what to offer and what to raise, as the inevitable bidding war started. And we got the House of our dreams, we are looking forward to moving in soon and getting settled in. And it is all thanks to Sam.
