Ryan was super helpful and actually more knowledgeable than the selling Realtor regarding many specifics for the condo. Being my first condo purchase he really helped me understand the pros and cons. What to look for in their budget. What their finances said about the state of the building. Was more than happy to answer any questions, no matter how big or small. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. He was far better than any other realtor I’ve worked with. He went above and beyond any and all expectations I had.
