Ruchi Bedi

I was selling my house (with my ex-wife) who suggested that we go with Ruchi as our realtor. I wasn't sure what to expect, however after interviewing several other agents it was Ruchi's approach and professionalism that made us choose her. I have to admit, selling my home was a very stressful situation, but Ruchi was there with us every step of the way, keeping us informed of the market trends and feedback from potential buyers. The market at the time we were selling our home, was not great as it was a buyers market. However, after staging our home through Ruchi and taking on her suggestion on cost effective upgrades to help show the home, we were able to sell our house. After selling the house, Ruchi then worked diligently to help find a new home. Ruchi showed us several homes, but in the end she was able to find a home that was perfect for me and my son. I could not be happier with the results and efforts that Ruchi did and to alleviate as much of the stress as possible. I would recommend Ruchi if you are in the market for a realtor.
