From our very first conversation to the sale of our home and beyond, Ruby has been cordial, approachable, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and extremely professional. At our request, she referred her team to help with renovations, cleaning, advertisement, staging and etc. She always offered and never put pressure on us to use her referrals as we had some referrals of our own too. Her team provided excellent services as well. With three young kids, she ensured our lives were minimally impacted by the whole process. From our actual posting date to the sale in 2 weeks, she used her experience of working in the Brampton East neighbourhood and her outstanding skills as an agent to negotiate and finalize the sale very quickly and tactfully. She always met with us at a convenient time , was always punctual and friendly throughout the entire process. We adored her down to earth personality, honesty, and the beauty of her heart to always wish everyone well. She told us from day one what to expect, we were not misled in any way. We are so thankful that we put our trust in her, followed her guidance, felt comfortable to ask questions, clarified our understanding and came out with a amazing outcome. Our greatest regret is that we didn't think to get in touch with her for the booking of our new build before the sale of our home.
