From the outset, we were impressed with their thoughtful and ethical approach as realtors, and their commitment to giving us every assistance imaginable. We spent entire days and countless kilometres in their vehicle, being chauffeured to viewings. They were infinitely patient with our great (and sometimes conflicting) requirements for a new living space, and left no possiblity unexplored, even when it came to suggesting properties that would have yielded them a very low commission, had we chosen to purchase. And we can't list the number of phone hours they gave us, and the number of detailed emails they sent, making sure we had all the information we needed before we finally made the big leap.
