Mine was a very quick sale and Mr. Bartsch was right on top of things. Communication was difficult due to the area I was in (on holidays) but he made it work and was patient with having to wait for me to find service . Mr Barsch knew the seller as he lives in the same complex as I purchased from by represented me professionally and had my best interest in mind during the process. He has been available for any questions I have had and I know he will be available in the future if I need anything else.
