We started working with Rodrigo and Nick in July 2022 and didn’t end up purchasing until April 2023. Over those 9 months Rodrigo and Nick got to know us as individuals and really understand our housing needs. They were extremely patient as we navigated a challenging buyers market and ultimately were able to help us get the house of our dreams. As a first time home buyer, they certainly know how to guide you and explain the ins and outs of the purchasing process. What I appreciated most however, was their true desire to see us in a home we would enjoy and was a good investment - we did not feel pressured in any way to move forward on properties we didn’t like or ones they cautioned us against (despite it meaning more work for themselves). Outside of the business side - they are also genuinely kind people and take the time to get to know you. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
