(This review was written for Shawna Burak during her time with Team Eskiw) Robert worked hard with the bank to convince them the foreclosure needed SO much work, it was not worth what they were asking, many back and forths and in end I ended up with a quality property I could flip within 2 weeks after reno's and fixes were completed.
