Working with Rob was honestly such a great experience. Selling a property can feel pretty overwhelming, but Rob made the whole process feel smooth and manageable from beginning to end. He kept me in the loop the entire time with updates after showings, walked me through the offers as they came in, and helped me understand everything clearly so I could make the right decision without stress. What really stood out to me was how hard he worked and how willing he was to jump in wherever needed. At one point an unrepresented private buyer wanted to see the property, and Rob immediately stepped up to handle the showing professionally and keep things moving forward. You could really tell he cared about getting the best result possible. Super solid guy, great communication, and just genuinely good at what he does.
