Richard was enormously helpful to us in selling the house with great suggestions about everything related to the sale. He does a lot of marketing. We sold the house in a couple of days, but he had an open house the following weekend that was attended by a lot of people.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with and for Heather and Tim. My main position was to act professionally and prudently with all aspects of listing and selling of their home. They were carefully listening to all I had to say and for the most part the outcome was swift and beneficial to all parties. What a delight!
