I loved working with first-time buyers Julia and her husband. They were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. We faced some unique circumstances along the way, but in the end, those circumstances actually turned into something very positive. The home they were purchasing on Salt Spring Island was absolutely idyllic, the kind of property that looked as though it had come straight out of a magazine. As with many meaningful purchases, there were moments that required patience, attention to detail, and persistence. Detail after detail had to be worked through carefully, but together we came through with flying colours. I still vividly remember the day they took possession. Julia and her good friend walked through the gardens and the home with pure excitement and delight. It was one of those rewarding moments that reminds me why I love this profession. This experience was also a reminder that even when a real estate transaction feels challenging at times, staying the course can lead to something truly special for in the end this turned out to be a wonderful purchase for them.
