I originally helped Deborah and Ron purchase this beautiful property a number of years ago. Set on approximately two idyllic acres, it featured a charming Cape Cod heritage-style home complete with a wonderful veranda. Deborah and Ron were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very receptive to the suggestions I made throughout the process, and in turn, I openly welcomed their ideas as well. It was truly a perfect working relationship. The property itself was somewhat unique, located at the end of a quiet subdivision road, offering a peaceful and private setting. I gave this listing everything I could — including creating a drone video presentation, complete with music, that captured the magic of the property and created an emotional connection for buyers. And, after only four showings, that connection turned into a successful sale. Deborah and Ron were both retired teachers, as I once was myself, so we naturally connected and understood what needed to be done to successfully market and sell such a special home. They have since moved from something really good to something even better — and I could not be happier for them.
