Rich was a fabulous agent from the first day of contact and throughout the process of the sale . He was kind , professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and showed attention to detail . He familiarized himself with the neighbourhood, as well as the amenities of the building . Even though it wasn’t a million dollar home he was selling for us, he made it feel like it was with all his care and attention with offering great advice , wonderful professional photos of the home and the offered respect and compassion throughout the process.
