Renzo is terrific! He's personable and approaches his work with boundless enthusiasm. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I felt confident that no stone was left unturned as we did our viewings with Renzo, given his attention to detail, knowledge, and thoroughness. Particularly, Renzo brought a knowledge of home construction and had informed opinions about the quality of renovations. This is critical in a 'seller's market' where it is difficult to impose an inspection condition. Renzo would always make time for us and accommodated our schedule for viewings. When it came time to make offers, Renzo was an excellent negotiator, trying to get us the best possible purchase price. We really enjoyed working with Renzo and felt like we were his only clients.
