She started of as our landlord when we first arrived in Ontario, when we rented a furnished apartment from her. Next thing she became our realtor, helping us view and understand the different areas in Sarnia and surrounds, as we were total newcomers to Ontario, up to our eventual purchase in Corunna. All the way through, she was very efficient, honest and patient with all our (multiple and frequent) changes. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, regardless of the time of day, or weekend. It was a pleasure to deal with someone with so much integrity, work ethic and common sense. We ended up as friends, and we recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy. We will certainly use her again for any future property transactions. She has also been a great help afterwards each time we needed some advice on repairs, renos, appliances - she is a walking encyclopedia of services and sales in the Sarnia-Lambton area!
