RD was extremely helpful in closing in a tough market of 2022 that too within budget. She went above and beyond in getting information about the property and ensured we are aware of both the pro and the cons of buying into an older building. This was our only option with limited inventory and our focus on a specific neighborhood. This was our second property purchase with her and we are extremely satisfied with both our transactions.
