Ravi is hands down the best realtor that you will encounter. We tried to list our house with other realtors and had months of open houses with no interest leaving us very discouraged so we gave up. Then we received a flyer that our neighbour was having an open house so we decided to check it out and it was packed with people! I knew we had to meet the realtor and ask how they generated that much interest and that’s when we met Ravi. Ravi was very honest and explained his methods of pre-marketing the home to generate interest before it even hits mls through door knocking, word of mouth, social media and realty websites. It was clear that he doesn’t believe homes will sell themselves and he actually does the work to sell it. Once we decided to work with him, he gave us specific instructions on how to best stage our home which honestly made it look the best it ever has. He came with the photographer to take the photos and he went above and beyond to make them look good; he cleaned a smudge I missed off a window, he folded the toilet paper into little triangles, he moved items out of the way to make rooms look less cluttered and moved them back after, etc. he is very detail oriented! Throughout the whole process of getting it ready to be listed he was continuously marketing it and informing us of new interest. All we had to do was clean our house once for the photos and once more for the open house and we got multiple offers and an accepted offer well over our expectations! We are still shocked at how fast and easy Ravi made this moving process. He did so much hard work behind the scenes and choosing him was the best decision we could have made. We recommend Ravi to anyone who wants to enjoy the moving process, you won’t be disappointed!
