Me and my wife moved from Ontario to Calgary, Alberta in 2023. Puneet helped us finalize a short term rental for 6 months and then eventually helped us find our home in Calgary. In both cases i.e. helping us finding a short term rental and finding us the home, Puneet was pivotal. This was our first time buying any sort of house and Puneet shared his expertise and helped us reach the right decision. He always looked out for us and also helped us reduce the price by $20k. He suggested to do a pre-buying inspection which really helped us be confident of our decision. I would highly recommend his services and I'm sure he will be a great asset in your house search.
