Franco Pontaletta is an excellent agent. He is very professional and extremely dependable representative. Since we were new to Vancouver area, he helped us in identifying area and showed only houses which meets our needs. He also helped us in introducing to representatives of house inspection, insurance, Notary. He also read all the strata documents and informed us about the highlights. We recommend Franco as a professional and dependable real estate agent.
