My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Franco to help sell and buy our new home. Throughout the entire process Franco was attentive, informative, quick to respond, and very professional. He always helped provide a list of homes for us to view and was always available when we needed him to be; either for phone calls, meet ups, as well as present for each of the homes we wanted to visit. He is definitely someone who sticks to his word as when we had our initial meetup some months before we started to list our house, we had some verbal agreements with regards to possible services he could provide and when time came to call him back up, he remembered what we agreed and stuck to his word. We found him to be very easy to get along with, and after each encounter with him always gave us an assurance to know that he was looking after our best interest. When we would house hunt we found he provided excellent insight of his perspective of the home which would help give us another angle to view the home from given sometimes you can be too intertwined with imagining yourself living in that home. My wife would ask some certain things or requests from Franco as well and he would help as best he can; if he didn't have the answer he was quick to make sure to get us one. We had an excellent experience with Franco and would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends. His representation of the Pontaletta Group with their extension of service and referrals (ask about Alex their mortgage broker!) is first class and couldn't ask for anything more of what you would need from a Realtor. Purchasing our new home was seamless and Franco made it even easier by listing our other home and selling it in ONE day.
