Pierre and his team helped me with the sale of my two condos. Each time they managed the process seamlessly from start to finish, taking care of all the little details with minimal involvement in my part, and negotiating to secure the best deal. Their staging was impeccable! Pierre adjusts his selling strategy to prevailing market trends. When I listed my second condo, it was just before Christmas, the market had slowed, there was a lot of competition, but because it was vacant we decided to do it anyway.
