If you truly want to sell your home and have someone on your team, Phil is your agent! He takes the time to listen to your needs, and despite our changing and evolving needs, he was patient and help us navigate the sell of our home despite the volatile real estate market. He was always professional, experienced, and extremely knowledgeable about the market and the North Vancouver area. Above all, he was responsive.
