Phil was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process of selling my home in Guelph. The house was beautifully staged and marketed, with lots of interest and showings right from the start. He was always available when I needed him and made the whole experience seamless. Phil also went above and beyond by helping me find a great rental in another town. Highly recommend!
