We could not be happier with our experience working with Phil on our home buying and selling process. Our first meeting was at an open house he was hosting for a home we were interested in. At the time, we weren't quite ready to seriously start our home shopping, so a year passed by before were ready to start our search with a realtor. Even a year later, we decided to give him a call because he had left such a great impression with us at the open house and we are so thankful we did. When we were buying and selling, it was not the best timing; as the buying market was incredibly competitive. Then afterwards when we were selling it was during slow period of winter. Thanks to his sharp expertise and professional guidance, he was able to find a buyer for us just before the market prices took a significant dip! Beyond his amazing professional skills, he was incredibly personable throughout the entire process. He made a stressful time manageable and always took the time to explain every step clearly and with a genuine, patient demeanor. He was easy to get a hold of and prompt with answering any questions we had.
