After decided to list, we called Peter after noticing a similar property he had listed in the area. After talking on the phone and then meeting him in person at the property I know that I could work with him. Peter filtered through the 45 page inspection report so items could be properly negotiated and addressed for the sale to be finalized. Peter helped reduce the stress of this step from his experience and professionalism. We were on and off the market inside of 2 weeks of calling Peter.
