Paul and his team are the Very Best! I purchased my house five years ago from Paul. The purchase was the easiest purchase I’ve ever made and I’ve purchased 11 houses. I received the best possible price, a very rapid move-in date and overall it was the least stressful experience I have had in buying a house! So when I decided to sell, I chose Paul Lamba and his team again! He did amazing work on showcasing my house, through photographs, video, drone and floor plan. He even did a personal introduction in the house highlighting the features . It looked so beautiful. I would buy it again.! I received the best possible advice on showcasing my home which I greatly appreciated. His team, including Carol , provided me with feedback that included far more than the standard , I was so impressed. My house sold quickly, and his advertising certainly made it happen. I can’t stress how much his help made this so much easier!! His professionalism, communication and negotiating skills were way beyond that of any realtor that I have used in the past. I would always chose Paul as realtor and I highly recommend him!!
