Had a stellar experience working with Paul and his team. My home had been sitting on the market with another realtor for months on end. This time, however, Paul was able to get it sold in under 2 weeks. Paul and his team are highly skilled and professional. They were always quick to respond, explain everything clearly, and took the entire stress off my shoulders, as I was out of the country for the entirety of the sale. What really stood out to me is the amount of effort they put in - more than any other realtor has in my previous experiences. They built a lot of hype around my property through professionally shot pictures, videos, drone footage, home tours, etc., and posted promotional videos and lined up prospective clients prior to us even going live on the market. In the end, this culminated in multiple offers, with the final sale being well above the original price. I’m wholly grateful for their hard work and dedication.
