Throughout the process of selling my condo, Paul was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping me informed and helping me understand the process. His efficiency was remarkable. He expedited the steps necessary to get my condo listed and coordinated viewings effectively, leading to a quick sale at 96% of the asking price. Paul's approach is personal, friendly and sincere. I cannot recommend him enough.
