Team Paliwal and Pankaj Bajaj, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the home buying process, specifically with the service I received from Team Paliwal and Pankaj Bajaj. Unfortunately, my experience led me to believe that individual interests and goals took precedence over providing quality service. After signing a contract with the team, I experienced a significant change in behavior from Mr. Pankaj Bajaj, who was representing Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal's team. His demeanor became arrogant, and I felt taken advantage of, as if I was "stuck" with them for the duration of the contract. As newcomers to Canada and first-time homebuyers, my family and I relied heavily on our realtors to guide us in making informed decisions. Regrettably, we experienced misrepresentation of information and facts about the property, leading to significant mental distress and a sense of betrayal. I deeply regret my decision to work with this team and feel compelled to share my experience to inform others. I intend to revise my previous review to accurately reflect my dissatisfaction, as it did not genuinely represent my experience. I hope that in the future, the parties involved will prioritize customer service and ensure that clients receive the attention and support they deserve. -Harshita Arora
