We first contacted Owen in late November, while we were still in Toronto, and were looking at buying in Ottawa after we moved back. By the time we arrived in Ottawa in early December we had a plan laid out, and within two weeks we had a deal on our condo. We managed to get asking price despite a strong seller's market and moved in early January without any trouble. Owen was readily available and attentive to our needs. We love our place and would happily direct others his way.
