Owen Kennedy

I had a fantastic experience working with Owen Kennedy and his team on both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. Owen is extremely knowledgeable in the Ottawa area and market. I was looking to purchase a home on the outskirts of Ottawa, somewhere where I can work remotely but still have the atmosphere of a town. Owen knows the pros and cons of every area and was always prepared at each showing with research. He is always able to give great advice and you can count on him to give you an honest opinion. He made the home buying experience fun (which is difficult in this market)! I was able to find my dream home with-in a few weeks of looking and I truly believe that the 'offer accepted call' had a lot to do with Owen's communication with the selling agent. I most definitely recommend using Owen in the Tulip team to anyone looking for a positive buying or selling experience.
