I really enjoyed working with Norm. He carried himself professionally, and he had a good sense of humour. He was very knowledgeable about the market, the neighbourhood I was looking at, and different negotiating strategies. He was also very diligent in going over offers and other documents with me, making sure I understood everything before signing. He was always available to answer my questions, and got back to me quickly. I also appreciated that Norm was never pushy--he always presented things to me in a straightforward manner, and he was realistic about price expectations, market value, etc. Once I bought a home, Norm was helpful in recommending home inspectors, insurance agents and notaries public (and he was transparent about the fact that he doesn't get any kickbacks from them). He even offered tips about home repairs. Overall, I felt comfortable working with Norm, and I felt confident that he was looking out for my best interest. I would definitely work with Norm again.
